What do I need to start using the cookspace?
- Completed and approved ECC application
- Appropriate legal business documents (We can help with this)
- Current Oregon Food Handlers Card
- Copy of you insurance policy listing Rogue Community College as additional insured
- Appropriate permits related to your food product preparation (we can help with this)
- Signed RCC Facility User Agreement
How Do I Reserve Kitchen Time?
Kitchen time is reserved on a first come first served basis unless other arrangements are made in advance. Contact the ECC at 541-956-7400 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All renters are responsible for cleaning all work stations (equipment too) as part of their kitchen use. We will supply all the necessary cleaning supplies to make clean up a breeze.
What does it cost?
Our basic rates start at just $10 per hour and decline as client usage increases. Please refer to the tab “Rates” on the website.
What if I need help with items such as nutritional labeling, UPC codes and packaging?
We have significant experience helping existing and prospective food entrepreneurs understand the challenges of launching a successful food business. We collaborate with a large variety of local and national resources in order to provide you with all the information and direction you may need. We are here to help!
